How do you convert sis files to jar?

This conversion is not possible because sis is a symbian file(another operating system that is mainly used by nokia) & jar is java file both are not same.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
