How Do You Create A Halloween Gift Basket?

Halloween is a time of treats and costumes. Creating a gift basket for a Halloween celebration is an excellent idea for a friend or new neighbor. Paint small, solid orange circles onto your cloth napkin using a thin paintbrush and orange fabric paint.

Allow the circles to dry. Rinse the brush and use black paint to create jack-o'-lantern faces and pumpkin stems on the orange circles. Allow the faces to dry.
