How Do You Cut & Make Hooded Cloaks?

A hooded cloak is a flowing and dramatic article of clothing that consists of a draping swathe of fabric surrounding you with a loose, rounded hood to cover your head. You can make a cloak in a variety of fabrics; for instance, use damask for a winter outer cloak or gossamer for a light, springtime accessory. Draw a rectangle 16 inches tall and 12 inches wide.

Cut out the rectangle, but round off the top right corner of the shape by cutting away a small triangle about ½ inch big. Trace the shape onto the cloak fabric twice and onto the lining fabric twice. Cut them out.

Cut out a 55 1/2-inch circle from the hood fabric and another from the lining fabric. Cut out a 7 1/2-inch circle from the center of both large circles. The big circles should look like Os after you cut out the smaller circles.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
