To remove the slide, you simply push in the take-down button at the rear of the slide. The easy way to do this is: (1) Make sure the gun is unloaded! (2) Make sure the gun is not cocked (3) Remove the magazine (4) Push in on the button with a ball-point pen (5) While the button is depressed, move the slide rearward a little and lift up The slide should come off the frame at the rear, then let it move forward off the barrel.
This is sufficient disassembly for cleaning and routine maintenance NOTE: Do this where you won't lose any parts which might be loose. Springs sometimes fly around on any gun when disassembling While Davis Industries has been defunct since 1998, all parts for the P-32 and P-380 are available from Cobra Arms. Cobra purchased the machinery and rights to these and produces them currently as the CA32 and CA380.
You can order parts from them The P-32 (CA32) manual can be downloaded from this URL: http://weirdjack.com/guns/manuals/cobra_ca32_ca380.pdf More information on Davis guns can be found on this forum: http://www.bryco-jennings-jimenezarms.com/forum/index.php.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
