How do you dye your dark brown hair blonde... without the expense of a hair salon?

Oh My! At this point, despite your question, I would recommend going to a professional. If you want to keep it all blonde you could buy a root touch up kit, but since your hair started out so dark, it might not take well.

Bleaching all your head might damage your hair so much you'll be sorry.

Ok my mom is a professional so I can totally help you. :) (im writing this as she speaks) 1. First you give yourself a deep conditioning treatment.

Because before you do anything you have to make your hair healthy again. Sidenote: If you don't do this first your precious blonde hair will fall out. :(.

2. Now you do NOT use the cap and you only frost the parts that need to be frosted (wrap the pieces of hair that you frosted with hair foil. ) sidenote: Never touch the frosted pieces with your thumps (alot of heat in your thumps will leave an imprint on your hair) and do Not use metal comb.

3. Then allow the proper time that you want for the frosted pieces of hair to turn (blonde). 4.

Rinse then after your reached your desired hair repeat your regular steps ( wash your hair, conditioner treatment, then apply leave in conditioner, blow dry then design as you want.) NOW if your hair is very brittle you can NOT. I repeat NOT lighten your hair anymore or your hair will fall out. If you want streaks Dye your hair back to its natural color and add blonde or any color false strips that you want into your hair.

Its much more easy and this helps until you get your hair healthy again. This is the safe way. I do this all the time.

:). OH YEAH I know great places that you can buy false clip ons or strips to your hair. Their really cheap too.. Let me know if you want the sites.

:) Hope we helped you hun :) PaintedCrazy.

I have teenage girls who 'do' things to their hair including what you've done. Cut off the bits that are really bad Get a good/excellent hair conditioner Cut off the bits that are really bad Go from blond to dark...SORRY....you have to for the sake of your hair follicles and your wallet ( come on, dying hair is a con! I do not dye my hair and its 80% grey :) Once its natural again...god!

Keep it this way for a while...try dark highlights, don't go damaging your roots for nothing! Experiment with what you have.

I hadn't really changed my dark brown hair for a while, so I was nervous to do the ombre. Allison was amazing, though, and the transition to ombre is perfect! I have gotten so many complements already and am definitely going to be back.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
