If it's not listed, you can't sell your book on Amazon (as far as I know) An item must be listed to be able to be sold on Amazon. So one way would be to contact Amazon to list the book (but I doubt that they will do that for just one exemplar). Another way would be to use a different site for selling it, e.g. Ebay for selling it using an auction or you simply post a posting to a market oriented newsgroup in usenet.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
