How do you factor 2x cubed minus 5x squared plus 5x minus two?

2x 3 5x 2 5x - 2 x(2x 2 5x+3) + 2x - 2 x(2x-3)(x-1) + 2(x-1) (x-1)x(2x-3)+2 (x-1)(2x 2 3x+2) I did it by trial and error, through experience -- no set procedure. (2x 2 3x+2) cannot be factored, which is evidenced by calculating (b 2 4ac), where a = 2; b=-3; and c=2 from the expression (2x 2 3x+2). (b 2 4ac) = (9-16) = -7, which has no real square root value.

That is, sqrt(-7) is an imaginary number.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
