I've seen this question several times today so I'm guessing it's a result of either a site-wide bug, or YouTube is undergoing maintenance. Either way, waiting several hours and then trying again later should fix the problem.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
