To get the "Der Reise" map, along with a couple of other maps from Call of Duty: World at War you need to have the "Hardened Edition" of the game, since that map and the others were an exclusive for that edition. However, it is likely that Activision will release the maps as DLC (Downloadable Content) in the future on all three major platforms (PS3, Xbox and Steam) -- for a price, of course.
