How do You Get Mononucleosis?
You get mononucleosis most often by engaging in the activity from which it gets its nickname: kissing. However, in some cases, mono can be transmitted without any bodily contact.
Get infected with EBV at some point in their lives but never get mono symptoms. EBV "sleeps" (is dormant) in the body. And spread to others.
