1. Wet a paper towel and ring it out until it's damp. Put it in the freezer the night before, and then when you wake up, make it bendable and press under eyes.

Yes, tea bags are great! Take a tupperware container with hot tap water and put two chamomile tea bags in them. Wait a few hours for it to cool to room temperature.
You can put the tea bags on your eyes or put cotton pads in the tea water and put on your eyes. The cool temperature is what helps the most, I don't know why the tea helps even more. If you have allergies, try medication.

I've tried tea bags and they've worked wonderfully. Drink 8-10 cups of water it helps your skin in general not just your eyes.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
