I do not know why you would want to, as they eat flies and other pests. I don't think you can, unless you bait humane mouse traps with insects and leave them near to where geckos have been seen As for geckos inside the house, they're simple to catch with a container. Make sure after you catch it, you put it outside in a safe area.
