How do you get to Lugia in Pokemon Soul Silver?

To get to lugia you must follow these steps. First get all the gym badges. Second battle the five Kamino girls at Ecruteak city (in the theater).

Third Go to whirl islands. Finally find the Kimono girls at whirl islands. Then lugia will appear out of no where --- All of that IS true, except for the fact, Lugia doesn't appear out of nowhere.

You must first go to Whirl Islands, Their is 4 islands. Your Pokemon MUST know whirlpool and you cannot get Lugia without the Silver Wing*, Tidal Bell and all 8 of your Johto Badges. I'll save you the trouble ;) After going through 4 caves with no luck, I discovered Lugia is in the *UPPER RIGHT* cave.

I caught Lugia in my first try, with only one Ultra Ball. You lower it's health till it's low, but not enough to make him faint, then you use Ultra Balls. DO NOT USE YOUR MASTER BALL.It is a total waste, I recommend using it on the fleeing types, as in Raikou, Latios, or Entei Yes that is all true, But just remember before you battle Lugia you should save.

If you happen to make him faint or all your Pokemon faint then you can just shut down your DS and start it again to re-try Instead of turning the DS off and back on just save, battle him, and if you beat him or run out of balls :) then press L R Start Select at the same time and it brings you back to the menu instead of going through the boring stuff the Silver Wing is given to you after beating all of Team Rocket at Goldenrod's Radio Tower, before which you must have beaten team rocket at Slowpoke well, Mahogany Town and Ecruteak Theatre.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
