There really isn't anything you can do at the beginning of an accounts career. You just need to work hard and keep doing it until you get about 1000 subs, or 5000. Once you get that much subs, you can promote companies.

Do giveaways requiring people to have been subscribed for more than a week. Just try hard.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
