How do you join ripple crochet to straight crochet?

Choose which one you want to have as the base, the ripple or the straight. The easiest way is to attach to the ripple and work and increase through the low point of the ripple until you have the same amount of stitches as in the first row of the straight or the width is the same. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
