How do you know when corn on the cob is fully cooked?

I think it takes about 20 minutes for fresh corn to cook in boiling water. You can tell when it's done by pressing a kernel with a thumbnail (or the tip of a knife if you don't want thumbnail germs in your corn) and seeing if it squirts at you. When some juice comes out, it's done.

I let it boil for 30 minutes myself it really be hard to over cook corn.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
