How Do You Make A Cyberpunk Costume?

You may be in need of a fantastic cyberpunk costume if you're attending GenCon, into the Cyberpunk 2020 RPG, or going to a cyberpunk themed party. A good cyberpunk costume should be a mixture of 80's street punk glam-rock, vinyl & pvc clothing, weaponry and, of course, cybernetics. This will be the skirt of the costume. Gather the fabric with pins to hold your skirt in place while you measure the elastic to fit. Release the pins to sew.
