Shakes are a great start to the day. Here's a healthy version of the shake that's high in protein and low in fat. In a blender, pour in the strawberries, silken tofu and soymilk.
Add a cup of ice if needed. Blend until thoroughly mixed. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.
