Make your own clip-on hair bows quickly and cheaply at home. Acquire ribbon and empty hair clips. There are several types of clips to choose from.

Craft stores like Michael's sell empty barrettes and ribbon. Stores that supply hair products to hair dressers also have empty barrettes. If you want a smaller bow and clip, you could use the plain silver snap clips that come in multi-packs.

These are available anywhere hair products are sold. Similarly, with a larger bow, you could use alligator clips. These are also available cheaply at any drugstore or mass retailer like Target.
