You don't Word doesn't work "within" Acrobat Reader. Acrobat Reader is ONLY for viewing PDF files. It does not view or edit files of any type, including Word documents.
If you want to turn a Word document (.doc) into a Portable Document Format (.pdf) you need to purchase Adobe Acrobat (not Reader--the reader is free). If you already have Word installed, Acrobat installs itself inside of Word so you can make PDFs directly from Word documents. But even then, Word does NOT work inside of Acrobat.
