A rag doll invented in the early 1900s, Raggedy Ann remains popular a century later. A Raggedy Ann costume can be constructed out of common clothes found in your closet or second hand stores. When dressing up as Raggedy Ann, carry an actual Raggedy Ann doll as an accessory.
For a mom with a very young daughter, mom can dress up as Ann while the youngster can double as the doll. A mother with a son can dress up as Ann while the little boy dresses as Raggedy Andy. Layer the clothing.
