How do you make really straight, dry hair, curly/wavy and smooth and silky?

Well I Would Use ALOT Of Conditioner And Hair Care products, Such As Spray COnditioner Etc, I Would THen Straighten My Hair, Add Another Load Of Spray Conditioner Or Straightening Care Product, And Then Curl My HAir, Hope This Helps Good Luck :D more.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
