How Do You Make Tasty Creamy Chicken Enchiladas?

This recipe will explain how to make creamy chicken enchiladas. Most enchilada recipes I've seen call for flour tortillas, but using the corn tortillas makes it more authentic I think. Every time I make these enchiladas I am praised for how wonderful they turn out.
