Let's talk about greenery. You have many different types, such as lily grass, which gives you kind of a country feel. If you're doing it like a tropical arrangement it also works very well to give you a flow.
A Monstera Leaf for bigger pieces, not really so great for centerpieces, but they are great for ceremony arrangements, or buffet pieces. You have your Seeded Euc. I always love the berries on these; another texture.
It gives you a color and a texture. The larger t-leaf can be used for centerpieces, because what you'll do is to curl, like that, and do a little bit of stapling. You can put it in a vase, just like that, just for something of interest.
Then you have your smaller t-leafs which come in this great color. I love the pink edging, it's so nice. Just like the larger t-leaf, turn it around like that, make a little loop, staple it.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
