How Do You Play Hacky Sack/Footbag?

Foot-Bag is a fun game that you can play with just yourself or with a group of people. Foot-bag is also known as hacky sack it is a very easy game to play. You may play Foot-bag outside or inside.

It does not really matter but you probably want to play outside just so you do not hit the foot-bag too hard and break something. That happens too. You can buy a football at pretty much any store or if you would like you can even make yourself one.

With a little soft leather and some sand! Now how to play! You must make sure that your wearing shoes that are not heavy, so you can left your foot easier.

Also so it does not hurt as bad if you accidentally kick somebody. I recommend wearing shoes that are loose fitting. It makes it a lot easier to hit the foot-bag.

If your playing by yourself, just throw it up in the air and lift your leg up and hit it. Try and keep it in the air. If you happen to be playing with a group of people toss it in the air to another player.
