The bulbs screw in from the rear. If you can't get to the back, take the light assy off of the car when you open the hood of the car there are two square plastic tabs on either side of the light, pull up on those (they only move 1/4 to 1/2 inch) and the headlight assembly will come out giving you access to the bulbs.
If it's just bulbs, access to them can probably be gained at the back of the headlight assembly from inside the engine compartment. Just follow the wire feeds. Headlight assemblies are a bit more complex.
Take a drive to your local Chevy dealer's service bay and ask around. I'm sure you'll get some help. Here's a generic how-to that may get you through the job by yourself.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
