How do you run a nursing home I would like to start up my own nursing or residential home as a business and need to no where I get information from?

I'm a registered nurse with 20 years ....wish to run my own n. Homebut don't know what to do . Please help If you look at the Open University prospectus, it does excellent management courses for nurses.

You can do it in your own time & continue working, and your empoloyer may even contribute towards fees if you asked nicely! That would give you the theory, and maybe shadowing a home manager would give you more of an insight into the practical bits. Good luck!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
