How do you stop your gums from bleeding?

Brushing well and flossing will help with the bleeding. Rinse with Listerine or one of the other dental rinses the help fight plague.

Try rinsing with peroxide and water. Swish and spit out. See a dentist, bleeding is a sign of disease of the gums.

Don't take aspirins or other medicines that thin the blood.

Unless you have some kind of periodontal disease, you can do some rinsing. Take a big mouthful of water and hold it for about 30 seconds making sure the water inside your mouth covers the area where you are bleeding. Then spit the water out.

Repeat this several time until the bleeding stops. If it doesn't you need to see a dentist. You should also get as much Vitamin C as possible.

Drink a lot of orange juice. A long time ago, sailors and pirates used to get scurvy (bloody gums) because they had no source of Vitamin C when they were at sea.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
