How do you unblock parental controls?

In America Online, setting the parental controls is done from the account holder's screen name account and is applied to the children's screen names. If the main account holder is signed on he or she can reset those settings with just a few clicks of the mouse Parental controls are in place for the protection of household children. The parents create a password or PIN number to unlock certain websites, web services or tv channels that they feel would be inappropriate for their children In Windows 7 the settings are made under the administrators account or password With other service providers, resetting the password or pin can be done with a phone call to the service provider, but requires the account holder's information such as the account number, social security number, etc.
