With all the buttons and menus, Access 2003 can seem daunting. Follow these easy steps and the job of updating your query will become much simpler: Open Access 2003. You can do this by clicking the "Start" button on the bottom left of your screen.

Next, choose "All Programs". From this list choose "Microsoft Access". Open the query you wish to update.
