When time =0). Draw a tangent to the graph at this point and find the gradient of it. This, ignoring the minus sign, is the initial rate of the reaction.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
