How does a citizen file a formal complaint against a local post office for poor service?

Yes, you can still report people on the Xbox 360, just because a newer console is out doesn't mean they won't forget about the old ones. It is still Xbox Live, so the Xbox 360 & Xbox One are connected, for example, (When MW2 or BO1 gets released on backward compatibility on the Xbox One we are connected to players on Xbox One and Xbox 360, so if we see cheaters/hackers you can still report them and they can be suspended and/or permanently banned) Just don't tell them that you are going to file a complaint on their accounts because that would only make them angry and attempt to attack you're account, so just report them and block them. They say reporting people doesn't work but it does, if it didn't we would see hackers everywhere.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
