It's natural to become anxious, upset, and stressed out when you are first diagnosed with diabetes or prediabetes. If you're an emotional eater, you may be tempted to turn to food to cope with this new stressor. But as those of you who've taken a few turns on the weight-loss roller coaster know very well, emotional eating only perpetuates the vicious cycle.
You may feel soothed for a little while after eating, but then the guilt and stress from overdoing it set in, which will likely drive you to seek comfort, once again, from food. And so on.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
