Antibodies adsorbed on the ELISA plate capture the carbohydrate surface antigen found in positive test samples. The conjugated antibodies then attach to the captured antigen creating a sandwich assay. In the presence of the color developer, a color change occurs.
The assay reaction is stopped using the stop solution, and the intensity of the color (optical density) is measured using a microtiter plate reader. A positive result indicates that LAM antigen of mycobacteria is present in the sample, whereas a negative result indicates that it is not present at or above the test’s detection limits. More.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
