In case, the customer does not fulfill his contractual obligations, we escalate the issue and, if unsuccessful, act according to the conflict solving procedure defined in the contract. In case, the customer finds the quality of our software development services unsatisfactory, again, we request a written statement on the identified defects/ cases of poor service and solve the issue using contractual methods. In all cases, we always try our best efforts to solve issues on the negotiations level, before we decide to undertake any contractual/legal measures.
