Got an idea I live in AZ so I kinda heard several things 1 Season holders of the hosting team get priorty over a percent of the tickets. For example the hosting team is the cardinals this year, so all those ticket holders got priorty. What this means is 1 They got to buy them first, 2 they got put into a pull and only the selected people get a chance to buy tickets so not all holders are gurenteed, 3 they get where they were sitting or something like that.2 Each team gets 2 percent of the tickets for all their people or whatever and the hostingteam gets 5 percent of the sales, compared to the 2 percent.3 Media and other organizations the NFL chooses also get priorty and I believe lke 50 percent of the tickets are to companies the NFL chose or to stars etc.... 4 The rest is all invite only tickets.

However if your caught scalping theese the NFL has the right to take the tickets from you and never allow you to come back. Yet the tickets are selling for no less that 4 grand here if you still want some.... Sources: Its what ive been hearing in AZ .
