How does Pneumonia Spread?

The bacteria can be spread to another person but will usually cause cold or virus symptoms. In most people that is how it starts unless they have a weakened immune system is when it turns to pneumonia.

Pneumonia most often happens because of a viral or bacterial infection. These infections are contagious. They are spread by the cough or the sneeze of the sick person.

These will release fluid into the air.
