Lids are made from a different type of plastic than the actual bottle. They could have resin codes 3 or 5, but I suspect that they leave it off so that they can use the same mold regardless of what resin they're pouring in there today. A lot of states require that the bottles be labeled, but other plastics usually not.

3 I've always wondered! I seem to remember reading that you're not supposed to recycle the caps, and in fact you're not supposed to leave them on the containers. But my wife doesn't believe me.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
