How far could a 11.18 100m long jump guy jump?

It certainly has been done before, Jesse Owens and Carl Lewis being the strongest proponents, both having set world records and won OLympic gold medals in both events. It is certainly the most compatible field event for a sprinter as the 100m speed can be applied to the run up.
