There are drastic lefts and rights here. WWE sometimes plans something huge (Shawn Michaels vs. Undertaker, Edge vs. Jericho, HBK vs. Jericho, John Cena vs. Randy Orton) and puts it together and takes a while on it (which usually turns into great feuds). Other times injuries/happenstance change stories, but they have something on the wings just in case (JeriShow, John Morrison winning the ECW belt)... and then there's what is called the "Microwave Feud" where they don't plan it out and just work it week to week.
Sheamus' title reign was microwaved, and though it wasn't that bad, it wasn't that good, either. Other times, they don't have anything ready for a wrestler, but Vince wants to push them... or a wrestler gets suspended, and they have slight creative control to not job to who they don't want to job to (which is something that I believe should NEVER be on a contract, and that Rey Mysterio was a jerk to Dolph Ziggler for) and you end up with stories that don't make sense (like ... more.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
