Castro turned Cuba into a socialist dictatorship with little respect for the property, rights or liberty of the Cubans. However, they have an excellent and free medical service A: People actually have very strong property rights to their family home-as long as they do not leave Cuba for more than one year A: What good are property rights if that is all you own. As soon as you die, the property goes to the Govt.

Castro wrecked a prosperous country! He took over all of the private business so that the Govt. Could make sure all the evil owners didn't take advantage of the people.

Now they make $20.00 a month no matter how hard they work!
