How I contain the Kefir alive? I just want to use it in milk. can I use kefir on regular milk?

Yes you can use it in regular milk, although I prefer raw milk from organic sources. Just leave it in room temperature to ferment it.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
