How in the world do you attach stockings to the garter belt?

Hi The bits that hang down with plastic endings should attach to the stockings. The plastic bits will open so that one looks like a round bit the other is a round bit with hole in the middle. You clip them onto the stocking and slid up so that it locks.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
