How is George Zimmerman able to be convicted of manslaughter, if he was charged with 2nd degree murder?

It wouldn't be self defense if Zimmerman never put himself in that situation. Is stalking still a crime? I think it is especially when it comes to a minor.

I believe that at the very least he should be charged with manslaughter. I don't think that it is fair for them to tac on the charge toward the end of the trial though. At the very least Zimmerman should walk on that one being that the other lawers messed up.

He deserves 2nd degree murder! He acted like a arrogant vigilante and took the life of an innocent person!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
