How is it that the mexican drug cartels manage to pass drugs into the united states even with america spending?

The government makes money off of marijuana being illegal. Marijuana has gone in and out of legality depending on which would make the government profit more. The government needs to get out of my body.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
