How is the Air Force going to apply the realignment and closure strategies successfully used in the past to BRAC 2005 implementation?

The Air Force will expedite the beneficial reuse of a closed military installation to put it back on the local tax rolls so it can provide the kind of economic benefit to the local community that it can. The Air Force is trying to balance its strategies with a mixed toolkit. Within that mixed toolkit, to the extent that it has assets, it should seek and will seek to sell those where possible, assuming that they are not the subject of a public benefit conveyance or other process.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
