It's the food. We get fresh produce and fresh meats rather than using frozen meats. We don't get mass amounts that are already prepped and seasoned.
It's also the different selections of food. There's not as much of the old-school family casseroles. Another difference is that we don't have any pre-mixed sauces.
People can put exactly what they want in or take something out. We also offer different price packages, where people can get the smaller packages any time in the week. Tuesdays is when people pay an extra $35 for a stand-in chef to prepare their meals.

Really it's working families and people who don't have time to cook or the money to spend on private chefs but want to eat healthy. I'd say 75 percent are women, who can be defensive when they walk in the first time. They'll say, "I just want to let you know that I know how to cook."

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
