How is the pianos sound produced?

When you press a key a damper lifts off the relevant string and it is hit with a small piece of wood called a hammer. When you let go of the key the damper goes back onto to the string and stops the sound.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
