I had three glasses of wine yesterday and was pulled over at eight o'clock that night for a DUI. I was coming back from my daughter's ballet class which I danced with her. The cop said he thinks I was serving as I am now driving with a broken hand and it was raining and dark outside.

I am on lots of medications for bipolar, hypothyroidism and asthma spray. I blew a .12 and would like to fight this. Does anyone know if any of these meds or circumstances could cause a false positive?
