Eh.... If I were serving the food in a restaurant and adhering to state regulations, I'd pitch it because it was at room temp for more than four hours. Food poisoning is way more expensive than a roast. On the other hand, I do occasionally leave food out overnight (covered) when I'm cooking late in the evening and it's too hot to put in the fridge. It gets refrigerated early the next morning, and when I'm ready to eat it I heat it up to cooking temperature.
If it doesn't look or smell wrong, I figure I'm OK. If you live in an area where cockroaches, mice, etc.Are an issue, just ignore that second paragraph and get rid of the food.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
